It didn’t take long for our TACO CAKE to turn into one of our most popular projects. From the moment we debuted it, it became a major crowd pleaser. (Who doesn’t love tacos?) So we figure the time has come to OFFICIALLY add it to the ranks of Candy Lab Classics.
They’re so easy to make from a single box mix. The outer shells are simply two 8 inch CAKE ROUNDS shaped to make room for the sweet taco filling.
To finish what we think is a pretty authentic-looking Mexican dish, we used circus peanuts, swedish fish and corn flakes—yes, corn flakes!!
